The President meets with Crown Prince of Kuwait, Head of Delegation to UNGA 79

President His Excellency Dr Mohamed Muizzu met with His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah, Crown Prince of Kuwait and Head of the Delegation to UNGA 79, on the sidelines of the 79th United Nations General Assembly.

During the meeting, the President expressed his gratitude to the government of Kuwait for its continued support, particularly in the health sector. He also emphasised his administration’s commitment to its development agenda, highlighting key areas requiring further assistance, including the enhancement of the transportation system. Additionally, the President extended an invitation to Kuwaiti investors to contribute to the development of the Maldives.
