Highlighting the island’s priorities to the President, the Council emphasised the need for more classrooms in the island’s school and noted that the existing health centre is in need of an upgrade. They also expressed a desire for the island’s harbour to be developed in alignment with the residents’ vision and underscored the necessity of an ATM. In his response, the President reassured the Council that the administration would fulfil its pledges. He also noted that efforts are already underway to establish ATMs in all inhabited islands.
